About Arviteni
Arviteni is a Nottingham-based technology partner for regulated, people-focused organisations. Founded by Alex and Carl, driven by a belief that organisations doing important work deserve technology that actually understands their world.
We started as an MSP. We worked with businesses across different sectors, but it was our care home clients who stood out - not because they were the easiest to work with, but because they were getting the worst deal from technology.
Generic IT providers who didn't understand CQC. Recruitment platforms that ignored Regulation 19. AI tools that sent sensitive data to US servers. Care homes were being sold technology that wasn't built for them - and paying the price in wasted time, wasted money, and compliance risk.
So we focused on care first. We built CareGate because recruitment in care was broken. We built Clara AI because the sector needed safe, sector-aware artificial intelligence. And we kept delivering managed IT because the foundations still matter.
What we learned was that the pattern repeated everywhere. Housing associations struggling with the same vendor-coordination problems. Charities making do with generic tools. Professional services firms whose IT providers didn't understand their compliance obligations. The same gap existed in every regulated sector.
Today, Arviteni serves care providers, housing associations, charities, and professional services firms across England. We bring the same depth of sector understanding to every client - because that's what makes the difference between generic IT and technology that genuinely fits.

Alex came to technology through care, not the other way around. After working as a compliance officer and recruitment lead inside a care company, he saw first-hand how badly the sector was served by generic IT and software. When offered a care manager role, he chose to pursue technology instead, convinced the sector needed better tools more than it needed another manager. At Arviteni, Alex leads strategy with one focus: making sure every product and service actually solves a real problem for care providers.

Carl spent years as a systems administrator at a multinational AV company, where he was responsible for everything from infrastructure and networking to security and automation. That breadth of experience gave him a rare ability to see entire systems, not just individual components. At Arviteni, Carl leads the technical side: architecture, infrastructure, and the engineering behind every product. He builds things that work reliably, scale when they need to, and don’t cut corners on security.
