Access and account problems
Help with sign-in issues, account access, passwords, permissions, and common identity problems that stop people working.
A dependable route for reporting workplace technology problems, getting them investigated, and knowing what happens next.
Your people should know where to report a problem and receive a useful response during agreed support hours, normally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
We investigate remotely across the UK where possible, communicate clearly, and explain when an issue needs an onsite visit or separately scoped work.

Investigation of reported problems affecting workplace computers, peripherals, business applications, and everyday tools.

Help identifying problems with internet access, wireless connections, printers, meeting-room equipment, and connected devices.
We work through the reported issue remotely and give you a clear explanation when the resolution sits outside the agreed support scope.
Reactive support covers problems your people report. Proactive management and planned change remain visible, separately agreed services.
The entry service starts at £15 per user per month, excluding VAT and subject to fair use. User count, onboarding, included services, and the final monthly cost are confirmed in writing after we review your environment.
Your environment may need proactive management, stronger protection, or planned improvement alongside the reactive service.
We scope those needs separately, explain why they matter, and leave out anything that does not serve your organisation.
You will know what is included, what it costs, and how your people should ask for help before support begins.
We look at your users, devices, systems, licences, and current arrangements so the proposal reflects the environment we will support.
We set out the support hours, included services, user count, monthly price, and the work that would be scoped separately.
We complete onboarding, share the support route with your team, and begin handling reported workplace technology problems.
Tell us how many people need support and where problems are showing up. We will review your environment and set out the route, boundaries, and monthly cost in writing.
