Start with the part that is getting in the way
You do not need a full migration to improve Microsoft 365. Confusing file access, unused licences or an unclear handover from a previous provider can be a useful starting point.
Is this different from the Microsoft 365 audit?
Yes. The audit is a scoped assessment of your existing environment. This service covers implementation and management. You can come to us with a defined job, or use an audit to establish the priorities first.

Yes. We review the existing configuration and agree what is worth keeping. Additional features may need different licences; we explain the requirement and cost before including them in the work.
